Clinical Pilates with functional training seeks the correct alignment of the body by asking you to become aware of your posture to correct it through strength and flexibility exercises. The important thing is the quality of movement when performing the exercises, not the quantity. Studies show that exercising regularly can help prevent injury.
As you acquire greater skill in the development of the exercises, more dynamic, weights, elastic bands, unstable platforms can be incorporated in the sessions.

Online Pilates Sessions – One to One (1hr)
Sessions are individual. Constant of a first assessment where medical history and previous injuries are taken into account, posture is assessed, looking at your movement patterns and areas of imbalance. I will introduce you the 5 key elements of Pilates: Breathing, centering (Abdominal muscles and pelvic floor), the rib cage, shoulder blades and head and neck.
Following the assessment, I will help you set your unique training goals. Future sessions will work towards achieving these and will be adjusted as you progress, to provide a truly bespoke experience.
